Ishita Tech provides digital business services including digital business cards, catalogs, menus, customer account features, and Google Business Profile support.
This Privacy Policy covers the information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices available to customers. The effective date of this policy is 14 September 2026.
Information We Collect
Depending on the service used, we may collect the following information:
- Customer and account information such as name, business name, email address, phone number, login details, and account preferences.
- Business information entered into Ishita Tech, including business profile details, descriptions, addresses, operating details, links, and service information.
- Contact information submitted through forms, enquiries, support requests, quotes, or customer communication.
- Digital Business Card information such as profile details, logos, photos, social links, QR/NFC profile data, and contact details.
- Catalog or menu information including categories, items, descriptions, images, pricing, and availability details.
- Google Business Profile information when the customer connects Google and authorizes Ishita Tech through Google OAuth.
Google Account & Google Business Profile Data
When a customer authorizes Ishita Tech through Google OAuth, the application may access information necessary to provide the Google Business Profile integration. Access depends on the permissions granted by the customer and the authorization scopes approved through Google.
- Business Profile accounts and locations the customer authorizes.
- Business information supported by the Google Business Profile API.
- Google reviews connected to authorized business locations.
- Review reply information, including replies prepared, managed, or published through the integration.
- Other information permitted by the authorization scope approved by the customer.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to provide, manage, secure, and support Ishita Tech services. This includes using information to:
- Provide Ishita Tech services and customer account functionality.
- Create and manage digital business cards.
- Manage catalogs, menus, business details, and customer-approved content.
- Display and manage Google reviews for authorized Google Business Profile locations.
- Prepare and publish customer-approved review replies where supported by the integration.
- Maintain security, prevent misuse, and protect customer accounts.
- Provide customer support and respond to enquiries or service requests.
Google User Data
Google user data is accessed only after customer authorization through Google OAuth. Ishita Tech does not ask for or store the customer's Google password.
Customers can revoke Google access from their Google account permissions or disconnect the integration where that option is available. Google data accessed through the integration is not sold.
Data Sharing
Ishita Tech does not sell customer data. We may share information only when needed to provide requested services, comply with applicable legal obligations, protect our rights, prevent misuse, or act with the customer's direction or consent.
For Google Business Profile features, information may be exchanged with Google only as needed to operate the authorized integration.
Data Storage & Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect customer information. These measures may include access controls, authentication, restricted administrative access, and protection of sensitive credentials or integration tokens.
No digital system can be guaranteed completely secure, but Ishita Tech works to protect data from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or alteration.
Data Retention & Deletion
Ishita Tech retains customer information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain accounts, support operations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet applicable obligations.
Customers may request deletion of their information by contacting us. Some data may need to be retained where required for security, backup, accounting, legal, or legitimate business reasons.
Disconnecting Google
Customers can disconnect their Google Business Profile integration and may also revoke Ishita Tech authorization from their Google account permissions. After disconnection or revocation, Ishita Tech will no longer be able to access newly authorized Google Business Profile data unless the customer reconnects the integration.
Cookies & Tracking
Ishita Tech currently does not use analytics or tracking cookies on the public website. Essential cookies or session storage may be used where required for login, authentication, security, or core application functionality.
Children's Privacy
Ishita Tech services are intended for business use and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, integrations, or legal requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date.
